Maintaining Good Dental Health Digestion begins in the mouth! And that's why good oral health is critical for a healthy body. We organized a series of dental health awareness sessions, where children learnt a range of practical tips to maintain good oral health and hygiene. They learnt about brushing and flossing techniques, avoiding dental caries, food choices for healthy teeth, tongue cleaning, and lots more! |

Spreading Nutrition Awareness among Women In another interactive session with mothers, we met women in Khandsa village, Gurugram, to learn more about their health problems and offer nutritional education. This was a mutual learning experience, and we hope to further develop our community awareness program based on our learnings. Stay tuned! |
